Shipping & Returns

Upon receipt of payment, orders are picked and packed overnight then posted the next business day.
Once posted, email notification is sent outlining parcel description and tracking details, if available.

Quality Control measures are implemented but if you receive a faulty item you must call immediately to discuss it then return the item within 7 business days.
I am not always readily available so please leave your name and number so that I can call you back.  I will call back within 24 hours.

Damaged Goods
Quality Control measures are implement but If you receive damaged goods, you must call immediately to discuss it; email me pictures to show the nature of the damage and return the damaged goods within 7 business days.
Where products are in-stock replacements will be sent upon receipt of damaged goods.
Where products are out of stock a full refund will be issued upon receipt of damaged goods.
